Refund Policy

At Lutz AI, we are committed to delivering real value to every client we work with. We work hard to build reliable, effective automation systems for your business. Because our services involve significant time, setup, and custom configuration from the moment we begin, we have established the following refund policy to be fair and transparent.

 

Monthly Retainer Services

​

Lutz AI services are billed on a monthly retainer basis. All monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun and work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, automation setup, workflow configuration, testing, and ongoing support provided during that billing period.

 

Cancellation Policy

​

Clients may cancel their service agreement at any time by providing 30 days written notice via email to lutzagencyy@gmail.com. Upon receiving your cancellation notice:

• Your service will continue through the end of your current 30-day notice period

• No additional charges will be made after the notice period concludes

• No refund will be issued for the current or any prior billing period

• Lutz AI will provide a summary of all active automations and workflows to support your transition

 

Setup Fees

Any one-time setup fees agreed upon prior to the start of work are non-refundable. These fees cover the time and resources required to build, configure, and launch your automation systems regardless of whether you continue as a monthly client after the initial setup period.

 

Exceptions

​

Lutz AI will consider refund requests only in the following circumstances:

• You were charged in error or duplicate charges were made to your account

• Work agreed upon in your service proposal was never started or delivered

 

Refund requests under these circumstances must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the disputed charge to lutzagencyy@gmail.com. We will review all requests promptly and respond within 5 business days.

 

No Guarantees of Results

​

Refunds will not be issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with business outcomes, lead volume, revenue generated, or any other performance-based expectation. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, Lutz AI does not guarantee specific results from the use of our automation services.

 

Free Trial Periods

​

If Lutz AI offers a complimentary trial period prior to the start of a paid retainer, no charges will be made during that trial. The refund policy above applies beginning with the first paid billing cycle following the trial period.
